Shipping Guidelines


SHIPPING POLICY  

  • Orders once placed will take 24-48 hours to process. Customers will be notified about the status of their orders once they are shipped. 
  • If you request a specific delivery/shipping date we will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee anything.

  

  • Some orders require shipment, while others will be delivered by courier. We deliver within the GTA on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. All orders outside the GTA+ USA use DHL?UPS/ICS etc to deliver your package.

    If you request a delivery/shipping date we will do our best to accommodate your order but be advised that we cannot guarantee any delivery dates. Please be advised that DHL/Canada Post/ UPS/ICS etc have been experiencing delays with shipping times. Your package can take longer than expected. This means your order has no guaranteed delivery date even when you request a date. We do our best to accommodate your delivery request. We DO NOT give refunds or credits for delayed packages. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

    During warm summer months cookies may arrive with melted chocolate or other toppings, however we do our best to have your package arrive in the condition we sent it in. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather in which how it may affect your cookies. It is suggested to chill your cookies in the freezer once received if chocolates are melted.

    Shipping days are Monday-Wednesday. All orders placed after 12:00pm on any Wednesday will be shipped out the following Monday. ​

    Shipping providers or local delivery will leave the package at the door or the nearest post office.

    Once your order is baked, packaged and ready to ship, you should receive your cookies within 1-6 business days based upon location.

    Once your order leaves Pandoughra's Box premises and is with the shipping provider, Pandoughra's Box is not held responsible for delayed, damaged or lost goods.

    It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address for shipping is correct. Pandoughra's Box will not refund or replace any orders for incorrect addresses. 

 

Returns/Cancellations/Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package and we will be happy to assist you and find you a solution. 
  • Orders once baked and shipped out cannot be canceled or refunded. If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please let us know A.S.A.P and we will do our best to issue a refund or modify your order. (although we cannot guarantee anything) 
  • Pandoughra's Box is not responsible for lost/delayed packages. We have absolutely no control over the shipping of our packages once they leave our facility. It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to the necessary shipping carrier to track their packages using the tracking links they are sent when orders are dispatched.
