Shipping Guidelines

Shipping Within The GTA

  • Orders once placed will take 24-48 hours to process. Customers will be notified about the status of their orders once they are shipped. Orders within the GTA are shipped with FareDelivery Courier service offering same day shipping. 

  • Packages shipped within GTA are shipped out every alternate day.
  • If you request a specific delivery/shipping date we will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee anything.

Shipping Outside The GTA (but within Ontario) 

  • We try our best not to ship out on weekends due to the delicate nature of our products.
  • Packages outside GTA but within Ontario are shipped out every Monday.   
  •  If you need your order for a certain date please order in advance and give yourself enough time considering shipping delays. In the notes section request the date you'd like your box to be delivered. 

  • Once your order is baked, packaged and shipped, you should receive your cookies within 1-4 business days based upon location. 

  • Once your order leaves Pandoughra's Box premise and is with the shipping provider, we will not be held responsible for delayed, damaged or lost goods. 

  • It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address for shipping is correct. If items are delivered to the wrong address, Pandoughra's Box will not be held responsible. 

Shipping Outside Ontario 

  • We try our best not to ship out on weekends due to the delicate nature of our products.
  • Orders for outside Ontario are shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays (depending on when you ordered them). 
  • You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your package. 


  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package and we will be happy to assist you and find you a solution. 

  • Orders once baked and shipped out cannot be canceled or refunded. If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please let us know A.S.A.P and we will do our best to issue a refund or modify your order. (although we cannot guarantee anything)
