Currently due to reduced hours at Stackt Market, we are open to the public Tuesday to Friday from 12.30 pm to 6.30 pm. and weekends from 12.30 pm to 7 pm.

Mondays are closed

*please be mindful that our hours are currently affected by foot traffic (which has reduced to to COVID restrictions). Due to this, we might close earlier on slower days. If you are planning to visit our store, please call us beforehand at 647-861-8839 and let us know so we can stay open and/or have your products ready for pick up.

-Unfortunately, we are not a nut free facility but we take allergies very seriously and make all of our nut free products in a separate area. Some of our products do contain peanuts and tree nuts or may have come in contact with nuts/peanuts however, all cookies re individually wrapped with labels on them and allergens are mentioned in product description.

-We do not offer modifications at the moment.

-No, we are not Kosher but we also do not use any Lard in our products. All our products are either Butter or Vegan Butter based.

-Definitely not. We only use simple and fresh ingredients that you can pronounce, due to which we recommend refrigerating our products for a longer shelf life.

-We ship our cookies, cookie dough and brownies Canada Wide.

-We recently started delivering our ice creams within the GTA and a little beyond. Deliveries for ice creams go out every Wednesday and Saturday.

-Most of our products take between 24-36 hours to process and then delivered the day after that. High Order Volumes during Holidays will affect processing times. You will be notified via email/text about the status of your order.

-Our cookies stay fresh at room temperature in their plastic packaging for up to a 5 days. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and in the freezer for 3 months. If refrigerated/frozen, place the cookies in a 350 F oven for 3-4 minutes to warm up. 

-Cookie dough will stay in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Remove from fridge 10-15 minutes before eating or a quick hack is to warm it up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to make it soft.

-Cookie dough truffles can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. DO NOT warm the truffles. Place them out for 10 minutes before eating if refrigerated.

-We have a few gluten free / vegan options available. Please check the website to get more information on the products.

-YAAAAS they are! All our pints contains 2 shots worth of alcohol. We recommend storing them in the coldest part of your freezer. These ice creams do melt a bit faster than traditional ice cream due to the addition of alcohol.
